For 7 years before being compelled to move to using SAMS for their data entry, BACS used a custom Ms Access database application that held their client data and data for all of the different programs each client was participating in.
This is the client data entry form (shown in design view for privacy purposes) where the client history and demographic data could be entered.
Each tab after the client form allowed the entry of data about client participation in a different one of BACS programs.
This application used Ms Access for the forms and reports and attached to a Ms SQL Server database to store its data. The Ms SQL Server database was also used to run stored procedures to calculate meal deliveries on a daily basis.
